These terms cover the services on nestiy.com: Smart Workplace, Smart Break and our AI helpers. Effective 11 October 2026 (updated).
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you use the Nestiy website at nestiy.com and its online services, including Smart Office, Smart Converters, Smart Holiday and Nestiy Support (together, the "Services"). "Nestiy", "we" and "us" mean the operator of nestiy.com. By using the Services or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nestiy Support and Smart Holiday use artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic (Claude) and, for Smart Holiday, may instead use Google (Gemini with Google Search); these may search the public web. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Treat it as a starting point, check anything important yourself, and do not rely on it as professional advice (legal, immigration, financial, medical or otherwise).
4.1 What it is. Smart Holiday is a planning and information tool. From the details you give, it produces a suggested itinerary with estimated costs, example flights, hotels, food and transport, and general visa and entry information.
4.2 We are not a travel agent. Nestiy does not sell, book, reserve or take payment for any flight, hotel, tour, transport or other travel service, and does not act as anyone's agent. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, on that provider's terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider's services, prices, changes, cancellations or refunds.
4.3 Prices are calculated when the plan is made and are not guaranteed. Every price, total and budget in a Smart Holiday plan is an estimate calculated at the moment the plan is generated, from public information available then. The date and time of that moment are shown on the plan and in its PDF (“Prices as of …”). Prices, schedules and availability change over time, often several times a day, and seats or rooms may sell out, so the price you pay when you book may differ from the plan, and we do not guarantee any exact price. Plans are not quotes or offers, may not include all taxes, fees, baggage or local charges, and converted prices use approximate exchange rates. Prices are usually shown as a likely range (low to high) with a typical price; the range is an estimate too, and the real price can fall outside it. Always check the live price and conditions with the provider before you book.
4.3b Google-researched suggestions. Flight and hotel suggestions are researched with Google Search. Where a price is marked “Price seen on” a website, that site appeared in Google’s results for your search; it is still an estimate and not an offer from that site. Under Google’s terms, these suggestions are kept in your saved trips for 6 months and then removed automatically.
4.3a Travel dates and events. When you choose exact travel dates we use them to research fares, hotel rates and festivals, public holidays or other events at your destinations during the trip. Events are listed from public sources for information only; organisers may move, change or cancel them, and we are not responsible for them. Check the official source before you plan around an event.
4.4 Visa, entry and health information. Visa, passport, entry, health and safety information is general guidance only and is not legal or immigration advice. Rules depend on your exact circumstances and can change without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm requirements with the official government source or embassy, to hold valid travel documents, and to check official travel advisories. We are not responsible if you are refused boarding, entry or a visa.
4.5 Third-party names and links. Plans may name, and link to, airlines, hotels, booking sites, maps and government websites for your convenience. These websites are run by others; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless we say otherwise, Nestiy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. If we ever earn a commission from a link, we will say so clearly next to it.
4.6 Where the content comes from. Plans are written by AI in its own words, using facts (such as names, routes, times, prices and rules) found in publicly available sources, which are listed with the plan where available. We do not copy third-party descriptions, reviews, ratings, photos or logos into plans. If you believe something on Nestiy infringes your rights, email hello@nestiy.com with the details and we will review it and remove it promptly where appropriate.
4.7 Your responsibilities. Check every detail before you book or travel, consider travel insurance, and follow local laws and official advice. Do not enter passport numbers, ID numbers or other sensitive personal data into Smart Holiday; your nationality is all it needs.
4.8 Travel checklist. Each plan includes a packing and preparation checklist made from the plan, the travellers and general travel knowledge. It is a helpful reminder, not a complete or guaranteed list. Information such as plug types, voltage, expected weather and local customs is general guidance; check what you need for your own devices, health, children and trip, and follow the airline’s rules on baggage, batteries and liquids.
4.9 Online shopping links. Next to some checklist items there is a “Buy” button that opens a search for that item on an online store (for example Shopee, Lazada or Amazon). These links are provided only for your convenience.
4.10 Plans and fair use. Each account includes a number of trip plans per calendar month, set by your plan (shown on the Smart Holiday page). Only completed plans count; deleting a plan does not give it back. To protect the service we also limit the number of attempts per day. Smart Holiday is for your own personal, non-commercial use: do not resell plans or use the Service to build a competing product.
Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown and do not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Limits that come with a plan are those shown when you buy it. Because a plan's benefits start straight away, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cannot provide the Service; contact us if something has gone wrong.
You own the notes, designs, minutes and trip details you create. You allow us to store and process them to run the Services for you, including sending them to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. The Nestiy website, design, software and our own text are owned by Nestiy and may not be copied without permission. You may print, download and share your own trip plans and documents for personal use.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Nestiy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from travel arrangements, bookings, prices, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding or entry, visa decisions, or reliance on AI-generated or third-party information. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the Services and these Terms. If we make important changes we will update the date above and, for Smart Holiday, ask you to accept the new terms before your next plan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
